This online learning focuses on developing a smart self-defense mindset, awareness skills, protective tactics, and effective techniques.

Our Self-Defense System (SDS) in-person training focuses on you learning self-protection, practice self-defense tactics, and situational awareness.

EMPOWERING YOU IS WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT

You'll learn how to identify and avoid potentially dangerous situations, as well as how to employ self-protection techniques to defend yourself if necessary. We cover a range of techniques, including striking, escaping holds, and using everyday objects as weapons.


In addition to physical techniques, we will also discuss the importance of mental preparedness and how to stay calm under pressure. Our instructors will provide tips and strategies for staying safe and confident in any situation.


This self-defense training is designed to be both educational, empowering, and is suitable for women of all fitness levels. No prior self-defense experience is required.


Our goal is to give participants the skills and confidence they need to protect themselves and feel safe in their daily lives.

WHAT IS OUR APPROACH TO SELF-DEFENSE?

To teach you how to protect yourself in potentially dangerous situations our self-protection training is designed based on our Self-Defense System (SDS) M.A.T2 model.

MINDSET

M.A.T2 - Mindset - This refers to the mental shift that you must understand and must do when you're faced with a potentially violent situation.

AWARENESS

M.A.T2 - Awareness - This refers to the awareness that keeps you out of danger. The awareness aspect is much broader than just a casual situational awareness.

TACTICS

M.A.T2 - Tactics - These are maneuvers used against an enemy/attacker, and more importantly, to avoid a violent encounter.

TECHNIQUES

M.A.T2 - Techniques - These are effective last-resort methods of achieving something (your safety) or applying effective self-protection skills that require skill or knowledge.


*This is where most self-defense training begins and ends. That is not an effective model of self-protection to rely solely on techniques.
